Heals other players too. Add your friends by name and the bot throws a heal rune at them, or casts exura sio on the friend who is lowest, whenever one of them gets hurt. Only players on your screen are healed.

How to turn it on

  1. 1Click Bot, then ⤢ (All settings) and pick Heal Friends in the list.
  2. 2Type a friend’s exact character name and click Add. Repeat for each friend.
  3. 3Set “Heal a friend at HP” and “Only while my own HP ≥”.
  4. 4Turn on “Use heal rune” and/or “Cast exura sio”.
  5. 5Turn Heal Friends on with its switch in the list (All settings).

Who to heal

Player name… + Add

Adds a friend by exact character name. They show as chips; click × to remove one. Only friends on your screen are healed.

Values: Up to 15 names. Each name must match in the game exactly.

When to heal

Heal a friend at HP (%)

Heal a listed friend when their health drops to this percent or below.

Values: 1 to 99. Default 70.

Only while my own HP ≥ (%)

Never heal others while your own health is below this — so you take care of yourself first. Set 0 to always help.

Values: 0 to 99. Default 40. (0 = always.)

How to heal

Use heal rune

Heal with a rune: the bot arms the rune’s crosshair and clicks the friend. Pick which rune on the dropdown.

Values: On by default. Rune: Ultimate Healing Rune or Intense Healing Rune.

Cast exura sio

Heal with the spell by saying exura sio on the friend. No hotbar setup needed — you just need the spell and mana.

  • Friends: Knight Bob, Paladin Ann
  • Heal a friend at HP: 70
  • Only while my own HP ≥: 40
  • Use heal rune: on → Ultimate Healing Rune
  • Cast exura sio: on. Turn Heal Friends on with its switch.

For the heal rune, set that hotbar key to “use with” (crosshair) in the game. A green badge means it is ready; orange text tells you what to fix.

Names must be exact. Copy them from the game to be safe.
