engines-bot

Privacy policy

Last updated:

This page explains what data engines-bot keeps when you use the site and the bots, what it's used for and what you can ask about it, under Brazil's LGPD (and the GDPR, if you're in the European Union). The buying rules are in the Terms and conditions.

What we keep

  • Your account: the username and password you choose, the game, the dates it was created, turned on and expires, and the last sign-in on the site and in the bot. Also a history of what changes on the account (sign-up, password change, days and trial added), with the date, who did it and the IP address it came from.
  • The bot: the settings in use, how much each feature was used and the session log, which may include your character's name. They're for finding and fixing bugs and delete themselves after 2 days. The server also logs the IP address of each connection.
  • Payments: Stripe receives the payment details (name, e-mail, card or Pix). We see the amount, whether it was paid, the name and e-mail given and which account the payment belongs to. Card details never go through engines-bot.
  • WhatsApp: the messages and proofs you send in the group are visible to the group's members and follow WhatsApp's policy.
  • Your browser: the site keeps your session sign-in and your cookie choice. Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies are only used if you accept them in the cookie notice.
  • Bot protection: sign-in, sign-up and payment use Google reCAPTCHA, which looks at browser and device data.

What we use it for

  • Creating and keeping your account, turning on the days you paid for and letting the bot sign in.
  • Answering support and refund requests.
  • Preventing fraud and abuse, such as shared accounts and disputed payments.
  • Measuring the site's visits and ads, only if you accept cookies.
  • We don't sell your data.

Who we share it with

  • Stripe: processes the payments made on the site.
  • Google: Analytics and Ads (only if you accept) and reCAPTCHA.
  • DigitalOcean: hosts the site, the server and the database, in the United States.
  • WhatsApp: the support group.
  • Beyond that, we only pass data on when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account data stays while the account exists. Bot settings and logs are deleted after 2 days. Payment records stay with Stripe for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

  • You can ask to see your account's data, correct it or delete the account. Send the request to [email protected] with the account's username. We answer within 15 days.
  • To change your cookie choice, clear this site's data in your browser: the cookie notice shows up again.
