What you buy

• Timed access to a bot: a 30-day pass tied to your account on the site. During that time you use the bot for your account's game.
• One account runs one character at a time. For two characters at once, you need two accounts.
• We don't sell items, coins, characters or accounts of any game.
• engines-bot is independent and has no official link to the games Minibia, Lawl or Helmo or to the people who run them.

Price and payment

• The 30-day pass costs US$ 12 outside Brazil, or R$ 60 in Brazil. The exact amount shows on the payment page before you pay.
• It's a one-time payment with no recurring charge: nothing is charged again unless you buy again. The 30 days add to the ones your account already has.
• Payments on the site (card and the other methods the payment page shows) are processed by Stripe. engines-bot never sees or stores your card details.
• On the site, your account turns on by itself as soon as the payment is confirmed. Cards usually confirm right away.
• We also take US$ 12 in USDT on Binance, with the proof sent on WhatsApp. In that case the account is turned on by hand, usually in the evening (Brasília time).

Free trial

Before buying, you can ask for 1 free day: create your account on the site and ask in the WhatsApp group.

Refunds

• You can cancel your purchase within 7 days of paying, without giving a reason, and get the full amount back (Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, art. 49). If you buy from a European Union country, you have 14 days.
• To ask, e-mail [email protected] with your account's username, or talk to us on WhatsApp.
• The money goes back the way you paid: to the same card, the same bank account (Pix) or the same wallet (USDT). How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card.
• Once the refund is made, the days of that purchase are removed from the account.
• After that period, the purchase isn't refunded.

Disputes with your bank or card

If something goes wrong with your purchase, talk to us before disputing the payment with your bank or card: within the refund period, a refund is faster. A disputed payment cuts the account's access right away.

Using the bot and the risks

• Using a bot may break the game's rules. Whether to use it is your choice, and so is the risk of a warning, block or ban of your character or game account. engines-bot isn't liable for lost characters, items or game accounts.
• We don't promise the bot runs without interruption: a game update can leave a feature down until a fix comes out.
• You may not resell or lend your account, or copy, decompile or modify the bot. An account used that way can be blocked.

Your account

• You choose the username and password and keep them safe. Don't share the password: whoever has it uses your days.
• To change the password, use your account page on the site.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms and the price. The date at the top of the page shows the last change, and a new price doesn't change the days you already paid for.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of Brazil. If you live in another country, you keep the consumer rights its law gives you.
