Target
Switch: Target · Tab: Target
Picks the monster to attack for you, about once a second. You choose how it picks — closest, weakest, best for area spells… — and, if you want, which monsters to attack.
How to turn it on
- 1Open the Target tab.
- 2In Target, choose a strategy (DISTANCE is a good start).
- 3Optional: pick monsters in Monster Attack and click + Add. Leave the list empty to attack any monster.
- 4Choose SQM to attack.
- 5Tick Target at the top of the window.
Settings, one by one
How it picks
Target (strategy)
How the next monster is chosen.
Values: DISTANCE: the closest. MINIMUM_HEALTH: the one with the least HP (finishes kills). MAXIMUM_HEALTH: the one with the most HP. KNIGHT: the strongest monster right next to you, or the closest if none is next to you. SMART_MAGE: the monster with the most other monsters around it — best for area spells and runes.
ExampleKNIGHT for a Warrior, SMART_MAGE for a Sorcerer
SQM to attack
Only monsters up to this many sqm away are picked. Attack also uses it to count monsters for area spells.
Values: 4 to 7.
Example5
Which monsters
Monster Attack + Add
Pick a monster from the list and click + Add. When the list has names, the bot attacks only those. Empty list = any monster.
Values: Names from the game. A name also matches longer names that contain it.
Examplerat → also attacks mutant_rat
Table and Clear
The X on a line removes that monster; Clear empties the list (back to “any monster”).
Ready example — goblins and orcs
- Target: DISTANCE
- Monsters: goblin, orc
- SQM to attack: 5
- Tick Target. Done.
If a monster stays at full HP for 15 seconds after the bot picks it (for example, it is behind a wall), the bot leaves it alone for a minute and picks another one.
The monster list counts everywhere: Attack, Support's Minimum Monster and the Cavebot also ignore monsters that are not on it. Leave it empty to count every monster.
